Refund Policy

Satisfaction Assurance

At Cozy Nest Comfort, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receipt.

The item must also remain in its original packaging and condition, including all tags. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer directly.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Gift cards

Submitting a Return Request

To complete a return, please visit our returns page and log in to submit your request.

  1. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
  2. Open the email sent from Cozy Nest Comfort and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Return to our online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  4. Select the order you wish to return.
  5. If your order includes multiple items, choose the items you wish to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for our store.
  7. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with instructions. You are responsible for sending the item back and paying for return shipping. After we receive the item, we will issue a refund according to this policy.

If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may offer only a partial refund at our discretion.


Return Timeframe

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If you simply change your mind after ordering and wish to cancel, this can only be done if the item has not yet shipped.

Please note: due to factors such as lighting, camera settings, and your computer screen, the actual product color may differ slightly from product images. We strive to make our photos as accurate as possible.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not refund for incorrect selections, such as color or size, though we will do our best to assist.
  • If you chose the wrong size, you may be eligible for an exchange. All costs associated with the exchange, including shipping and handling, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders are not available outside the 14-day window.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct item is selected before purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which entitles you to a remedy for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not fit for purpose.


Checking Your Refund

If you’ve received a notification that your refund has been processed but the funds have not appeared in your account:

  1. Allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  2. Check your account again after this period.
  3. If the refund has not arrived, contact your bank or credit card provider to determine the status.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact page.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us. We do not exchange items due to choosing the wrong color, style, or size.


Return Shipping

To return a product, please contact us for instructions. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If returning an item, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Cozy Nest Comfort cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Processing an exchange or return can take up to 2 weeks from the time the item is received.
